WorkFit is in the process of curating existing South African youth employment resources and developing new ones where gaps are evident. These will be hosted or linked to from this Downloads page. Our primary resource is the WorkFit Toolkit. This is a 54 page interactive PDF which is designed to be used online to benefit from the embedded links to additional internet resources.
The Toolkit is the localised, South African version of the global Demand Driven Training Toolkit, which was developed by Making Cents International, under the Digital Jobs Africa (DJA) initiative, with support from the Rockefeller Foundation.
This is a 39 page document “Scaling Demand Driven Training Programs: A Framework” (March 2017, Making Cents International) which provides valuable insight into the research and theory underpinning the Toolkit.
